General Provisions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>1.1. These Terms define the procedure for payment for medical and\/or laboratory diagnostic services provided by the Professor Feskov Clinic (hereinafter \u2013 the Provider), as well as the conditions for refunds to Customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1.2. Payment for services constitutes the Customer\u2019s full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms, the Public Offer Agreement, and the Terms for the Provision of Services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Cost of Services<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>2.1. The cost of services is determined in accordance with the Provider\u2019s Price List posted on the Provider\u2019s Website and\/or at the Clinic premises and is valid at the time of payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.2. The Provider has the right to change the cost of services. Such changes shall not apply to services that have already been paid for.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Payment Procedure<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>3.1. Payment for services is made in the national currency of Ukraine by one of the following methods:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>online payment through the Provider\u2019s Website using payment services;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>payment directly at the Clinic (cash or bank card);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>non-cash transfer to the Provider\u2019s bank account (in cases \u043f\u0440\u0435\u0434\u0443\u0441\u043c\u043e\u0442\u0440\u0435\u043d\u0438\u0445 \u0437\u0430\u043a\u043e\u043d\u043e\u0434\u0430\u0432\u0441\u0442\u0432\u043e\u043c \u2014 provided for by law).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>3.2. Payment may be made in the form of:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>100% advance (pre)payment; or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>payment after the actual provision of the service \u2014 depending on the type of service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>3.3. In the case of online payment, payment transactions are processed in accordance with the rules of the payment systems. The Provider does not store or process the Customer\u2019s bank card details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Rescheduling and Cancellation of Services<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>4.1. The Customer has the right to cancel or reschedule a service by notifying the Provider no later than 24 hours before the agreed time of service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4.2. In the event of timely notification, the Customer has the right to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>reschedule the service to another date and time; or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>receive a refund of the amount paid.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>4.3. In the event of the Customer\u2019s failure to appear without prior notice, or notice given less than 24 hours before the service time, the paid amount is non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed by the Parties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Non-Refundable Services<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>5.1. Refunds are not provided in the following cases:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>medical consultations that have been actually conducted;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>online consultations after they have been provided;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>laboratory tests after biological material has been collected;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>other services that have been fully or partially provided by the Provider.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Refund Procedure<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>6.1. If the Customer refuses the services before they are provided, the refund shall be made in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine, taking into account the actual costs incurred by the Provider.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6.2. Refunds are made using the same payment method that was used, unless otherwise agreed by the Parties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6.3. The refund period is determined by the rules of the relevant payment systems and may take up to 10 business days from the date the refund is confirmed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Special Cases<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>7.1. If the Provider is unable to provide the services on its initiative or for medical reasons (identified contraindications), the Customer shall be offered:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>rescheduling of the service; or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a full refund of the amount paid.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>7.2. If services are provided at partner facilities, these payment and refund terms apply insofar as they do not conflict with the rules of such partners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Final Provisions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>8.1. Any disputes related to payment or refunds shall be resolved through negotiations between the Parties, and if no agreement is reached, in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>1.
