1.1. These Terms define the procedure for payment for medical and/or laboratory diagnostic services provided by the Professor Feskov Clinic (hereinafter – the Provider), as well as the conditions for refunds to Customers.
1.2. Payment for services constitutes the Customer’s full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms, the Public Offer Agreement, and the Terms for the Provision of Services.
2.1. The cost of services is determined in accordance with the Provider’s Price List posted on the Provider’s Website and/or at the Clinic premises and is valid at the time of payment.
2.2. The Provider has the right to change the cost of services. Such changes shall not apply to services that have already been paid for.
3.1. Payment for services is made in the national currency of Ukraine by one of the following methods:

3.3. In the case of online payment, payment transactions are processed in accordance with the rules of the payment systems. The Provider does not store or process the Customer’s bank card details.
4.1. The Customer has the right to cancel or reschedule a service by notifying the Provider no later than 24 hours before the agreed time of service.
4.2. In the event of timely notification, the Customer has the right to:
4.3. In the event of the Customer’s failure to appear without prior notice, or notice given less than 24 hours before the service time, the paid amount is non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed by the Parties.
5.1. Refunds are not provided in the following cases:
6.1. If the Customer refuses the services before they are provided, the refund shall be made in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine, taking into account the actual costs incurred by the Provider.
6.2. Refunds are made using the same payment method that was used, unless otherwise agreed by the Parties.
6.3. The refund period is determined by the rules of the relevant payment systems and may take up to 10 business days from the date the refund is confirmed.
7.1. If the Provider is unable to provide the services on its initiative or for medical reasons (identified contraindications), the Customer shall be offered:

8.1. Any disputes related to payment or refunds shall be resolved through negotiations between the Parties, and if no agreement is reached, in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
